Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Return are accepted within 14 days from the reception of your purchase. Read below how returns work:

1 Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We don't refund items broken by the customers. We advice, before wearing clothes or shoes that you receive from us, to check the items condition. You must contact us within 24 hours from receiving your purchase, in case you find that the item/s you've received is/are damaged or not as described in the product page. We're here to help you and solve your problem.

2 We pay for the return if the item is not a described in the product description or, if accidentally we sent the wrong item.

3 We send for FREE one more item, if accidentally the previous shipped item is lost by the courier.

4 If you are a Privilege Member we pay for the return if : A) we sent the wrong item; B) if you ordered the wrong size; C) if you don't like the item. We'll reship, with a small fee, the same item in different size from our warehouse or from China.

5 We don't pay for the return if you don't like the item you bought or if you have ordered the wrong size. Please note that the measurement you find in the product descriptions are accurate.

6 To get a refund you have to send back the item you're received in mint condition and in the Youvimi !! plastic bag. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the returns from our shipping agency in China. Before you ship your return, we'll inform you with the address where to ship. We don't accept return for handmade and custom made items. We don't refund shipping costs because any of our item is shipped for FREE. Email us if you have questions about the return.
