What is Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are new products currently in production. Purchasing in advance secures your spot, and your order will be shipped as soon as the item is ready. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are placed.

Each product page will display an estimated shipping window (for example: 2–3 weeks, or 2–3 months depending on the product). We’ll always keep this updated so you know when to expect your item.

Payment & Order Rules

Pre-orders require full payment at checkout to secure your item.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you may choose separate shipments or combined shipping (please note this when placing your order).

Cancellation & Refunds

Pre-orders can be canceled with a full refund anytime before shipment.

Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
